Mailenvoy relies on the following categories of sub-processor to deliver the Service. We will update this list at least 14 days before adding a new sub-processor.
Managed database
Primary database — stores user accounts, domains, routing rules, messages, and audit logs.
Outbound email provider
Transactional email sending and inbound email webhooks.
DNS & routing provider
DNS management and inbound email routing configuration via API.
Mailbox provider
OAuth authentication and reading/sending email from connected mailboxes.
Application hosting
Server hosting the web application and background workers.
